Players checked in go into the rounds.
The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each label is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.
- In « Jeu libre » (Open play), under the session, click « Pointage » (Check-in).
- Show the « Code de la séance » (Session code) at the entrance.
- Each player who signed up scans it on arrival and turns « Présent » (Present).
Check-in opens half an hour before the start and closes at the end.
Check in by hand
- A player without a phone: click « Pointer » (Check in) on their row.
- Someone on the waitlist gets in this way if a spot is left.
- After the start, a latecomer gets in only if a spot is left.
Add a walk-in
- Under « Ajouter un visiteur » (Add a walk-in), choose the division and enter their first and last name.
- For a minor, tick « Moins de 18 ans » (Under 18) and enter the name of the consenting parent.
- Tick the consent box, then click « Pointer le visiteur » (Check in the walk-in).
The walk-in becomes a club guest, up to the division’s cap. Next week, pick their record when Rally suggests it.
Leaving and no-shows
- Click « Noter le départ » (Record leaving): the person is out of the next rounds. Games already played stay.
- Back again: click « Pointer » (Check in).
- At the end, a player never checked in is « Absent » (No-show). Only you see it, with no penalty.
No network
Offline, a check-in shows « En attente d’envoi » (Waiting to send) and goes out once the network is back.
