No round yet. Count the bags after each round.
Your game stays in this browser. Once the page has loaded, scoring works without a connection.
After each round, enter each team’s bags in the hole and on the board.
The two totals cancel out: the team that threw better scores the difference, the other scores nothing.
The game ends when a team reaches the target. Made a mistake? Undo the last round.
Each team throws four bags a round. A bag in the hole is worth 3 points, and a bag that stays on the board is worth 1. A bag on the ground or off the board scores nothing.
Add up each team’s points for the round, then subtract the smaller total from the larger. Only the team with more points scores, and it scores the difference.
Team 1 lands 2 bags in the hole and 1 on the board: 7 points. Team 2 lands 1 in the hole and 3 on the board: 6 points. Team 1 scores 1 point; Team 2 scores none.
The first team to reach 21 points wins, even if the last round takes it past 21. Casual games sometimes play to 11 or 15: change “Game to” on the scoreboard.
One scoreboard is enough for one game. For a whole tournament, Rally also keeps the bracket and the standings.

Each team adds up its points for the round, then the smaller total is subtracted from the larger. Only the team with more points scores, and it scores the difference. If the two totals match, nobody scores.
A bag in the hole is worth 3 points and a bag that stays on the board is worth 1. A bag on the ground or off the board scores nothing. Each team throws four bags a round, so the most a team can score in one round is 12.
To 21: the first team to reach 21 wins, even if its last round takes it past 21. For a shorter game, change “Game to” on the scoreboard, anywhere from 1 to 99.
Yes, once the page has loaded: scoring needs no network. Open the page before you leave for the field and it stays usable even with no signal.
It stays in your browser, on this device, and it is still there if you close the page by mistake. It is never sent to a server. “New game” resets it.
During a game the screen stays on when your browser allows it. “Full screen” enlarges the numbers for a tablet set near the boards; it is not available on every phone.
“Undo last round” removes the most recent round, as many times as you need. No account is asked: the scoreboard is free, and only the link to a Rally tournament leads to sign-up.
Rally builds the bracket, keeps the standings and takes scores from your scorekeepers. Free, and no account for players.
