Give a volunteer a role

Giving a role lets someone else manage a league, a division or a team.

The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each button is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.

1. From the organization page, click « Réglages : responsables et accès » (Settings: managers and access).
2. In « Inviter un responsable » (Invite a manager), type the person’s email in « Courriel de la personne » (Person’s email).
3. Pick what they’ll manage in « Ce qu’elle gérera » (What they’ll manage).
4. Pick their role in « Rôle confié » (Role given): league manager, team captain or scorer.
5. Click « Inviter » (Invite).

The invitation is personal: only the person invited, signed in with that email, can accept it.

Remove access

1. In « Attributions en vigueur » (Current roles), find the person’s row.
2. Click the button to remove their access.

A pending invitation can also be canceled from « Invitations en attente » (Pending invitations).

Good to know

• This link only shows if you can already give a role in at least one league in this organization.
• An open play division can go to a scorer too: they run its sessions, without managing the program.
