Players sign up for a session themselves, with a Rally account. You choose when sign-ups start and how many spots each division offers.
The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each label is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.
- In « Jeu libre : programmes et séances » (Open play: programs and sessions), under « Programmes » (Programs), click « Inscriptions » (Sign-ups).
- Set « Inscriptions dès (jours avant la séance) » (Sign-ups from, days before the session): 1 to 14 days, 7 by default.
- Enter each division’s cap. Leave it empty for no limit.
- Click « Enregistrer » (Save).
Sign-ups close when the session starts. Past the cap, players go on the waitlist.

Under a session, open « Inscriptions » (Sign-ups). The link to share with players is at the top.
Follow sign-ups
- Each division lists its players, « Place gardée » (Spot held) or « En attente » (Waiting), in order of arrival.
- Change a player’s division in the list. The new division needs a free spot.
Good to know
- A spot that opens before the start goes to the first player waiting, who is notified.
- A higher cap gives its spots right away. A lower cap removes no one.
- A cancelled session notifies everyone signed up and on the waitlist.
