Read your open play rating

Your rating tells your open play level, from 1.0 to 10.0. Rally computes it from your finished games. Nobody edits it by hand.

The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each label is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.

  1. Open the session link your club gave you.
  2. Under your games, click « Voir ta cote » (See your rating).
  3. Read your rating, then the « Pourquoi elle a bougé » (Why it moved) table.

How it moves

  • Each score entered updates it: your rating goes up when your side does better than expected.
  • An 11-2 counts more than an 11-9.
  • Singles, doubles and mixed doubles each have their own rating.
  • A game interrupted by a sub does not count.

Provisional rating

Your rating reads « Provisoire » (Provisional) while it settles: under 10 rated games, or after a long break. Meanwhile it moves fast. After that, your club can limit how far one session moves it.

A corrected score

The organizer fixes an old score? Your rating is recomputed from that game on. The table says so: « Score corrigé » (Score corrected) on that game, « Recalculée : un score plus ancien a été corrigé » (Recomputed: an older score was corrected) on the games after it.

Good to know

  • Club managers see the ratings of their program. Other players only see them if the club shows them, under « Cotes des programmes » (Program ratings).
  • If your club starts from the declared level, your rating shows « Partie du niveau déclaré » (Started from the declared level) while it settles.
  • Your « Séances présentes » (Sessions attended) show next to your rating. They never change it.
