Before it builds a schedule, Rally needs to know where and when your games are played.
The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each button is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.
- Open your season, then the « Horaire » (Schedule) section.
- Under « Créer l’horaire commun » (Create the shared schedule), enter a name and a time zone, then click « Créer l’horaire commun ».
- Open the form to add a surface, give it a name and a type, then click « Ajouter » (Add).
- Repeat for each surface at your club.
- Under « Plages horaires de la semaine » (Weekly time slots), open « Ajouter une plage horaire » (Add a time slot).
- Pick the surface, the day, the start and the end (or check « Jusqu’à minuit », Until midnight).
- Enter the length of a game slot and the « À partir du » (Starting on) date.
- Click « Ajouter la plage horaire » (Add the time slot): this night repeats every week on that surface.
Good to know
- Once created, these settings fold away under « Réglages de l’horaire commun » (Shared schedule settings), in the same section.
- The shared schedule serves every league in your organization: it shows a clash between two nights.
- Only an owner or an admin of the organization can create the shared schedule.
- A one-off closure, like a holiday, goes in « Exceptions datées » (Dated exceptions).
- In curling, a surface is a sheet.
- Each division’s rules and capacity are set in « Règles et réglages » (Rules and settings).
