An absence, a court change or a new result can mark a round “Needs review”. Nothing moves on its own.
- Under “Prepare”, read the round marked “Needs review” and check attendance.
- Choose “Suggest adjustment”. Compare “Current schedule” and “Suggestion”.
- Choose “Reject” to keep the draft, or “Confirm privately” to save the next rounds.
- If a schedule is already shared, a manager may choose “Confirm and share”.
To swap two players, choose “Swap two players”, then “Suggest swap”. The suggestion goes through the same review before confirmation.
If the session changed while you were reading, review the listed sections and recalculate. A started round stays intact.
