Cancel a program to stop all its upcoming sessions in one action.
- Open “Programs” in “Organized open play”.
- Open Manage program, then choose “Cancel program”.
- Check the number of affected sessions, then confirm.
Registered players are notified. Results and sessions already played remain in “History”.
A session is in progress
Open and end that session before cancelling the program. Check its scores before ending it.
After cancellation
The program frees its place on the free tier. You can create another program using the same courts.
Preserved scores can no longer be edited. Standings remain available without becoming final closing standings.
