Rally Leagues help center

Check in when you arrive

When you arrive at open play, you record your check-in yourself. You need the Rally account you signed up with.

The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each label is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.

  1. Scan the code shown at the entrance with your phone’s camera.
  2. Sign in if Rally asks, with the email you signed up with.
  3. Tap « Je suis là » (I’m here).

The page shows « Présence notée » (Checked in): you join the next round.

With no network, the page shows « Arrivée gardée » (Check-in kept): it stays on your phone. It goes out on its own as soon as the network is back.

When the code works

  • The code works from half an hour before the start until the session ends.
  • Your spot is held until the start. If you’re late, you get in if a spot is left.
  • It only records your check-in. No one sees the other players through this code.

If it doesn’t work

  • No spot in your name, or on the waitlist: see the organizer. They check you in by hand if a spot is left.
  • No phone: the organizer checks you in by hand too.
  • Leaving early: tell the organizer, who takes you out of the next rounds.
