Registering a team takes two steps: the registration request in the « Inscriptions » (Registrations) section, then its roster in « Équipes et joueurs » (Teams and players).
The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each button is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.
- Open the season’s « Inscriptions » section, then pick the division in the « Catégorie » (Division) field.
- Pick « Une équipe » (A team) or « Une personne seule » (A single person). Enter a name in « Nom de l’équipe » (Team name), or pick a person in « Personne inscrite » (Registered person).
- Click « Ajouter la demande » (Add the request).
- For each pending request, click « Accepter » (Accept) or « Refuser » (Decline). If the division is full, an accepted request goes to the waiting list instead of being lost.
- Open the « Équipes et joueurs » section, then pick the registration in the « Inscription » menu.
- Pick a person and their role, then click « Ajouter à l’effectif » (Add to roster) for each player on the team.
- If someone leaves the season, click « Clore l’appartenance » (End membership) next to their name.
Good to know
- With no known people in your organization, click « Ajouter des joueurs » (Add players) to import them.
- People are imported from a file, in « Importer des personnes »: « Aperçu » (Preview) checks the file, « Importer » (Import) applies it.
- Ending a membership doesn’t remove games that person already played.
