An open play program runs every week, in one sport, over a period.
The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each label is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.
- In your organization, open « Jeu libre : programmes et séances » (Open play: programs and sessions).
- Under « Nouveau programme » (New program), enter a name and pick the sport.
- Pick the « Jour de la semaine » (Day of the week), the « Début » (Start) and the « Fin » (End).
- Enter the « Premier jour » (First day) and the « Dernier jour » (Last day).
- Name each division and check its courts. A court goes in a single division.
- Click « Créer le programme » (Create the program).
A session shows up for each week of the period. A day closed in the shared schedule gets none.
Change a session
- « Annuler la séance » (Cancel the session) keeps it in the history, marked « Annulée » (Cancelled).
- « Déplacer » (Move) changes the date or time of that session only.
- During the session, change a court’s division in the session’s list of courts.
- « Terminer la séance » (End the session) closes it early. Otherwise, it ends at its end time. Unscored games don’t count.
Get the next period ready
In « Programmes » (Programs), click « Copier » (Copy). The new program keeps the same settings and caps, with no sign-ups.
Good to know
- Several programs on the same evening show together, under their date.
- A club league can’t take a court reserved during a session.
- Courts come from the shared schedule, set up in a season’s Schedule section.
