Sign up a player for open play

You can hold a spot for a member or guest before they arrive. Signing up does not check them in.

1. Open “Manage players” for the session, choose “Sign-ups”, then “Add player” in their division.
2. Enter their first and last name and an email for updates. For a minor, use the parent’s email.
3. Confirm the player’s or parent’s agreement, then choose “Find player record”.
4. If a record already has this name, choose it. For a different person with the same name, choose “Create another record”.
5. Choose “Sign up”. Their spot or waitlist position is held without check-in.

A session leader sees only their division. To free a spot, choose “Withdraw” on the player’s row. The first player waiting gets the spot without being checked in.

The update shows “Update pending” until it is sent. If “Check update” appears, the spot is still held: check the email with the player.
