A volunteer without admin rights can run an open play session. They need the scorer role on a division of the program.
The Rally Leagues screens are in French for now. Each label is quoted as it reads on screen, with its meaning in English.
Hand over a session
- From the organization page, click « Réglages : responsables et accès » (Settings: managers and access).
- Enter the volunteer’s email in « Courriel de la personne » (Person’s email).
- In « Ce qu’elle gérera » (What they’ll manage), choose the division: it carries the open play program’s name.
- In « Rôle confié » (Role given), choose « Marqueur » (Scorer), then click « Inviter » (Invite).
Run the session
- From the organization page, click « Jeu libre : programmes et séances » (Open play: programs and sessions).
- Under the session, click « Pointage » (Check-in): check players in and record who leaves.
- During the session, click « Rondes » (Rounds): build, start and adjust rounds, then enter scores.
They can also set the round timer and open the court screen. The rhythm stays a program setting.
The scorer only sees their division: its players, rounds and scores. Each step is logged under their name.
What stays with admins
- Creating, copying or setting up a program, its sign-ups and its rules.
- Choosing the rhythm: synchronized rounds or a court queue.
- Cancelling, moving or ending a session.
- Moving a court or a player to another division.
